1General Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you") and c888 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on or using any part of the c888 platform — including the website at c888.info, any mobile application and all associated services — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use c888 in any capacity. c888 reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

These Terms are written in plain English to ensure Pakistani players can understand their rights and responsibilities clearly. However, in the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation most favourable to the lawful operation of c888 shall apply.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To use c888's betting and gaming services you must create a registered member account. Registration is free and open to all individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set out below.

Eligibility requirements:

• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for a third party when registering or placing bets.

c888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a government-issued CNIC, passport or other official identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

Your c888 account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of who performs it — is your sole responsibility.

3Deposits & Payment Methods

c888 supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani members: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT (bank transfer) and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Additional payment methods may be added from time to time and will be displayed in the cashier section of your account.

The minimum deposit on c888 is Rs 200. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your c888 balance within 60 seconds of a successful transaction. IBFT transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times, usually within one to three hours during business hours.

Deposit terms:

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts that belong to you personally. c888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Deposits are non-refundable once placed bets or casino games have been played with those funds.
• c888 does not charge any deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. This is outside c888's control.
• c888 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Any deposit made that cannot be verified as legitimate will be held pending investigation.

4Withdrawals

c888 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. Most withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are completed within two to four hours of a request being submitted. IBFT bank transfers are processed within one business day in most cases. Large withdrawals or those triggered by a jackpot win may require additional verification before processing.

Withdrawal rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount on c888 is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit on the same c888 account. This is a security measure to protect members against fraud.
• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed. Verification typically requires a valid CNIC or other government-issued ID.
• c888 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawals above Rs 50,000. This process does not typically exceed 24 hours for accounts with an established history.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from free bets are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion before they can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus amount being forfeited.
• c888 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are beyond our control.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Free Bets

c888 offers a range of promotions to both new and existing members. These include but are not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, free bets, accumulator insurance, cashback offers, odds boosts and referral rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions in addition to these General Terms.

General bonus rules applicable across all c888 promotions:

• Bonuses and free bets are intended for genuine recreational betting only. They may not be used in conjunction with matched betting strategies, arbitrage, or any system designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. Free bet credits carry a wagering requirement of 1x the free bet value at minimum odds of 1.50.
• Winnings from free bets are credited as real cash (not as additional free bet credit) once the wagering requirement is met. The original free bet stake is not included in the payout.
• c888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if it suspects abuse, error or technical malfunction in the bonus allocation process.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except through the standard wagering process.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per new member. This is enforced via mobile number, device ID and payment method cross-checking.

6Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on c888 — whether pre-match or live in-play — are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules for cricket, football, tennis and other sports are available within the relevant section of the c888 platform.

• Bet acceptance: c888 reserves the right to refuse, void or limit any bet at its discretion. This may occur when odds have been published in error, when suspicious betting patterns are detected or when a market has been suspended.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: The minimum single bet is Rs 50. Maximum stakes vary by market and are displayed in the betslip at time of placement.
• Odds errors: Where odds have been published at incorrect values due to human or technical error, c888 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. Affected members will be notified and stakes refunded.
• Postponed or abandoned matches: If a match is postponed before kick-off or start time, pre-match single bets are voided and stakes returned. Accumulator legs for postponed matches are also voided. If a match is abandoned after starting, settlement depends on how much play has occurred and which markets have already been determined — details are available in sport-specific rules.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to system availability. During periods of high load or connectivity issues, there may be a brief delay in bet acceptance. Bets accepted by c888's system are confirmed regardless of any subsequent score updates.
• Results: c888 uses official match results from the relevant governing bodies for settlement purposes. In-play scores shown on the c888 platform are indicative only and c888 accepts no responsibility for delays in score updates.

7Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on c888 — including slots, baccarat, poker, live dealer tables and jackpot games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software verified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced or predicted.

• The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each casino game are displayed in the game's information panel. These are long-term averages and individual session outcomes will vary.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game session, c888's system will record the game state at the point of disconnection. Upon reconnection the game will resume from that recorded state. c888 accepts no liability for disconnections caused by factors outside its control such as member internet outages.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. Jackpots above Rs 1 crore are processed within 48 hours of verification completion.
• Malfunctions of casino game software are rare but can occur. In such an event all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. c888 does not honour payouts generated by a demonstrably malfunctioning game.
• Live dealer games are hosted by third-party studio providers. The rules governing specific live games are displayed on-screen before each game begins. c888 is not responsible for conduct or errors by the live dealer studio provider but will investigate and mediate all complaints raised.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on c888 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potential legal action where applicable:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 18 years of age
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses
• Using any software, algorithm, bot or automated system to interact with the c888 platform
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage or any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine recreational intent
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer or any other multiplayer game format
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to obtain funds, credits or any form of advantage
• Using the c888 platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime
• Attempting to access another member's account without their authorisation
• Any conduct that c888 reasonably deems harmful to the integrity of the platform or other members

9Account Suspension & Closure

c888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include — but are not limited to — suspected fraud, prohibited conduct as detailed in Section 8, failure to complete identity verification, or breach of any provision of these Terms.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, c888 will notify you via the registered mobile number or email address on your account. You will be given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarifying information. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, your account will be reinstated promptly.

You may also voluntarily close your c888 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method, provided all wagering requirements have been met and identity verification is complete.

10Privacy & Data Protection

c888 collects, stores and uses personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on c888 you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

• Losses arising from a member sharing their login credentials with a third party
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental loss of any kind
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which c888 holds its operating licence. c888 operates under a valid international gaming licence issued by a recognised regulatory authority.

In the event of a dispute between a member and c888, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team directly. The majority of disputes are resolved quickly and fairly at this stage. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the dispute will be escalated to c888's internal compliance team for formal review within seven business days.

c888's decision following a formal compliance review is final in respect of platform-level disputes unless overturned by a relevant regulatory authority.

14Changes to These Terms

c888 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the date they are published on this page. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of material changes — for example, changes to withdrawal procedures or bonus conditions — via email or platform notification.

It is your responsibility as a member of c888 to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the c888 platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
